Welcome to One Easy Flow! These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") apply to your use of the One Easy Flow platform and services ("Service"), provided by One Easy Flow ("we", "us", or "our"). Please carefully review the entire content of this Agreement before accepting it.

By clicking to confirm this Agreement on the website or by actually using the Service, you confirm that you possess the legal rights and capacity necessary to enter into a binding contract with us, and that you accept and agree to abide by this Agreement. 1. General Provisions

1.1. The One Easy Flow Service refers to the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) products, services, documentation, software, and other offerings provided through our platform. These include business management tools for sales, inventory, customers, tasks, reports, and third-party integrations.

1.2. The Service is provided as a multi-tenant SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Each customer account is logically isolated and your data is kept separate from other accounts.

1.3. You agree to use our Service exclusively for legitimate business purposes. You warrant that you have obtained the required legal operating qualifications as mandated by applicable regulations.

2. Account

2.1. You must have the necessary legal rights and capacity, and submit the information requested to complete registration and obtain a One Easy Flow account.

2.2. You must provide true, legal, and valid information, including but not limited to name, email, phone number, and business information. If there are any changes, you must promptly update the information.

2.3. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. You must implement the necessary security measures to protect your username, password, and multi-factor authentication credentials.

2.4. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must promptly notify us.

3. Service

3.1. You may select and purchase services based on your needs. Before purchasing, you must carefully review the service plans and pricing.

3.2. Some services may have usage limitations based on your subscription plan. If your usage exceeds the purchased specifications, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend the affected services.

3.3. We may perform routine maintenance on the service platform. If such maintenance results in a temporary interruption, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.

3.4. We may periodically provide updates to the One Easy Flow Service to improve functionality, security, and user experience.

4. User Obligations

4.1. When using the services on the One Easy Flow platform, you must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

4.2. You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that compromise network security, including malicious scanning, illegal system intrusions, or distributing malware.

4.3. You must promptly and fully pay all fees in accordance with your subscription plan.

4.4. You are solely responsible for your applications and content, ensuring that they comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

5. Data

5.1. You guarantee that all data you store or upload to the One Easy Flow platform has been lawfully collected or generated.

5.2. You are responsible for independently managing your data on the platform, including uploading, modifying, and deleting data.

5.3. You are responsible for backing up your data according to your needs.

5.4. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Each party retains all rights to its respective trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. Ownership of these rights will not transfer as a result of this Agreement.

6.2. You retain ownership rights in your data and content uploaded to the platform. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The One Easy Flow services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the continuity and security of the Service.

7.2. We shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, network security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. This Agreement shall be effective from the date you accept it and will remain valid until terminated.

8.2. We may terminate this Agreement if you violate any of its terms or fail to pay fees when due.

8.3. Upon termination, you shall pay all outstanding fees and download any data you wish to retain before your account is deactivated.
